Sullivan+Strumpf recently presented the latest body of works by Chinese-Australian artist Lindy Lee at this year’s Shanghai Contemporary Art Fair, ART021. On display was a brilliant ensemble of artworks, ranging from works on paper, ‘flung bronze’ wall installation and a rendition of Lee’s most significant work to date The Life of Stars. Within the exhibition booth, a glistening sculptural piece titled The First Innumerable, was suspended for audiences to experience.
Created in collaboration with UAP, the work demonstrates the idea that wellbeing naturally springs forth when both the individual and the power of interconnection are in balance. Lindy Lee is represented by Sullivan+Strumpf.
