#Bronze Bowl with Lace

YORKSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM

Ursula von Rydingsvard’s monumental Bronze Bowl with Lace stands at a towering
19.5 feet. Known for her large-scale sculptures made from cedar beams, this work was first constructed by the artist in cedar and then cast in bronze by Polich Tallix. To bring
the surface to life, the artist-led the patina process to create a finish that produces
subtle variations with the change of light.
